The outside looks clean and the staff was very polite but when we checked into our room it smelled very strong like pine sol it was hard to breathe and the furniture was really old and beat up the mattresses were stained and dirty and the bed spreads were very old and gross looking we started to get itchy so we pulled back the sheets and there were bed bugs we called the front desk and asked for a refund... 2010-08-25 - orbitz.com
