The gentleman who was wearing glasses at breakfast time was quite arrogant&cheeky,we had to ask for tea and coffee and they were not keeping on top of the food as a few of the dishes were empty this may be due to not having enough staff, they know the hotel is fully booked then they make sure they have enough staff,most of the staff are very pleasent except for this one person,i am back there in 2weeks so we shall see if there is any change 2012-12-01 - laterooms.com
