Negative: Room size was small for five people ( two parents and three now adult children), not enough towels and wash cloths for five people, the bed was too hard and was a double size not a queen as expected, the tub and shower were not that clean, the elevators took a long time to get up and down all 9 floors. 2012-07-25 - hotels.com
