30 the security man came around to tell us staff had to clean the bar area which took no more than 15 mins, when we questioned staff about this they explained this was only done on the weekend but we had been staying from mid-week & it was the case everynight so found this an insult & staff were quite abrupt about getting us up and out, we had to leave the bar area but we could stand or sit in the lobby (bar still served till 3am) if we could get a seat for our large party of 10+ people on most nights however there were a few older people in our company 65+ & on most occasions because of this upheaval & the way we were spoke to like we were bold children getting talked down to most of our party would go to bed. 2012-08-15 - hotels.com
